Personalized training schedules range from 4-16 weeks for 5k, 10k, and half marathon plans, and from 12-24 weeks for marathon and ultramarathon plans. Unsure of what duration is right for you? Just ask!
All coaching plans are priced in 4-week segments. Pay as you go, or take advantage of long-term commitment discounts by purchasing several months in advance. Please note that marathon and ultramarathon coaching plans require a 3 month minimum commitment.
Whatever you're training needs, I've got you covered. All payments are processed through PayPal, so your personal information is safe and secure.

All coaching plans include a one hour personal session each month. Local clients will meet in person, and Google Hangouts, Skype, and Facetime will be available for remote clients (see Coaching Plans for details). Additional one hour sessions can be purchased individually, or in quantity to take advantage of price discounts.
